Hurry, O God, and rescue me!

Come quickly, Lord, and help me.

May those who seek my harm
be turned back in their shame.

May those who take delight in my troubles
be scattered like the wind.

But let all who seek You rejoice and be glad!

May those who love Your salvation
always say, “God is great!”

Yet I am in need, O Lord—
come swiftly to my aid.

You are my help and my deliverer;
O Lord, do not delay!
