Psalms of David - Modern Translation - Psalm 21

 O Lord, the faithful rejoice in Your strength;
how their hearts are lifted by Your saving love!

You grant the desires of those who trust in You,
blessing them with goodness beyond measure.

You place a crown of kindness upon their heads,
surrounding them with Your unfailing love.

They called upon You, and You answered;
You filled their hearts with joy.

Your presence brings life and abundance,
Your love is their everlasting light.

For they trust in You, O Lord,
and in Your love, they will not be shaken.

You go before those who walk in Your ways,
guiding them with wisdom and strength.

Your hand lifts up the faithful,
and Your love shines through them.

Be exalted, O Lord, in Your power!

We will sing and celebrate Your goodness forever.
